Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is the company named in the site footer, registered at the address shown there. You can reach us at investice@italianproperties.cz or by phone on +420737894719.

We collect only what we need to get back to you and send you a relevant offer.

• Consultation form: name, email, phone, indicative budget, intended use of the property, timeframe and preferred time to call.
• Newsletter: email address, the property types you are interested in, and your language. You confirm a subscription made on the website by clicking a link in an email — without that confirmation we send you nothing. We also send the newsletter to people who agreed to it in a conversation with our sales team.
• Newsletter engagement: whether an email was delivered and opened, which links you clicked, and when. We store no IP address and no device details alongside it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookie data, where you have consented to it.

• Consultation form — so we can contact you and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering a contract at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
• Newsletter — so we can send you new properties. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Newsletter measurement — so we know which properties readers care about and stop sending you things you do not. Legal basis: your subscription consent, which you withdraw by unsubscribing.
• Analytics and marketing cookies — legal basis: the consent you give in the cookie banner.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that allow us to run the site and communicate with you:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement. Your email and phone number are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before they are sent, so Meta never receives readable contact details. We send them only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, EU region) — delivery of confirmation emails and the newsletter. They also measure deliveries, opens and clicks for us, which is why newsletter links route through their server.

Consultation form data is kept for the duration of our dealings with you and afterwards for as long as necessary to defend legal claims. Newsletter consent is recorded until you withdraw it; after you unsubscribe we retain only the record of that withdrawal. Engagement with individual sends is kept alongside the newsletter history and deleted on request.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data. Just write to investice@italianproperties.cz.

• The right to access your data and obtain a copy of it.
• The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
• The right to erasure (the 'right to be forgotten').
• The right to restrict processing and the right to object.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
